I’m willing to bet that Simon Hutson wins the most popular Microsoft CRM blogger contest today. He posted a summary of the latest and greatest regarding the next installment of Microsoft CRM, and it looks pretty!

Fantastic! Microsoft take the most despised part of office (Ribbon interface) and add it to CRM!
When you have stuffed up a good thing stick to it and lose sales because of lost productivity fears by prospects.
Why “Fluent UI” (aka the Ribbon) as Office 2007 and not Office 2010?!
