I have the same problem.

Insufficient Permissions
The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action.

Are you sure you have at least local administrator rights to that server?

Also, check if the user account you’re using has the CRM Administrator security role and is not restricted.

Hello,
I’ve downloaded this on a CRM 4.0 server which is installed on a Windows Server 2008. I receive this error message:

Insufficient Permissions
The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action.

Do you know what might be the issue?
